Cancellation Policy
A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the course start date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline will result in your place being forfeited and your booking fee retained. Once your booking is confirmed, we will contact you to request final payment. After payment is received, we will send you your training manual and access to the theory work, which must be completed prior to attending the practical training day. The course day will consist of in-depth practical training with live demonstrations and hands-on practice. To receive your accredited certification, you will be required to submit case studies after your training day.
